I suppose every now-and-then there are moments where you feel that things are not as interesting as you expected it to be. To me, this usually happens when I am clueless about my weekends.
Like this weekend for example. It has been a rather dull weekend and I only managed to get one shot (the picture above).
How do I know this? Well, it is pretty simple really. A lot of photos in my photostream were taken around my neighborhood, and when I do this, it is usually because I did not have plans for my weekends—feeling bored.
When this happens, my photo count is usually low, just a few. Perhaps no more than five useable photos. It is frustrating at times because I feel like hitting a wall and there is lack of motivation to “see” further.
I understand that even in the most boring situation, you can always find something interesting and I always try to be positive each time I went out hunting for pictures.
However, up to this moment, I am yet to find a way to beat the boredom in taking picture in the same area over and over again.
Perhaps I just need to get out of my neighborhood for a while. Find something new to capture, and return with more positive energy. A recharge if you will. What do you think?
Anyway, these are some of the photos that I took around my neighborhood when I am feeling bored in a number of dull weekends (in no particular date order).
